He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Mark Bower and Dana Jane Anthony Burns. He is survived by: his wife Terry Ann Clasby of Waynesville; his daughters, Kemper Jayne Williams (Butch) of Summerfield and Brooke Noel Henry (Slade) of Canton; his siblings, Jane Yakots (Steve) of Atlanta, Georgia, Steve Clasby (Susan) of Dallas, Dwight Clasby (Julie) of Denver, Brad Clasby (Pam) of Greensboro and Grant Clasby (Vicky) of Franklin, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Madison Williams, Judd Williams, Megan Lowe and Trent Lowe; and his great grandchildren, Holston and Maelyn.
