She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Shultz and Ellen Davis Shultz; her husband Everette Frady; her son David Frady; and her siblings, Geneva Bradley, Ruth Green, Mary Ellen Proctor and Billy Ray Shultz.
She is survived by: her daughter Phyllis Ann Frady Rogers (Tony) of McDonough, GA; her brother Charles Shultz; her grandsons, Kevin Rogers and Donnie Rogers (Allison); and her great grandchildren, McKenzie, Aidan, Ocean, Lochlin, Knox and Jackson.
