She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Cook and Patty Lucille Parton Cook; her husband Randy Livingston; and her siblings, Hazel Caldwell, David, Jack, Ned and Reverend Carl Cook.
She is survived by: her nieces, Phyllis Cobb, Joyce Williamson and Jackie Netherton; and her nephew Teddy Dale Cook.
