He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bailey and Jessie Snelson Bailey; and his siblings, Earl Talmadge Sexton and Doris Emagean Reynolds. He is survived by: his wife Linda Moss Bailey; his children, Donna Denise Maninci (Brock), Deena Lynn Bailey and Danny Lee Bailey; and his sister Judy Ann Harper. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wells Funeral Home - Waynesville (296 N Main St, Waynesville, NC 28786). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
