She is survived by: her parents, Charlie Franklin and Teresa Ellen Meadows; her children, Joel Penley, Nicholas Penley (Celena) and Teresa Justice; her adoptive son Leroyce Walker; her grandchildren, Kadence Penley, Amylia Penley and Damien Justice; and her siblings, Charlene Rice, Mary Wyatt, Tabatha Bullman, Ricky Meadows (Angie) and Michael Meadows (Michelle). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
