She was predeceased by: her parent Thurman Stamey; and her daughter Rebecca Kay Burnette. She is survived by: her parent Hazel Ball Stamey; her children, Michael Lee (Heather) of Mount Pleasant, SC, Jennifer Singleton (Jack) of Canton, NC and Tracy Smith (Jimmy) of Candler, NC; and her siblings, Michael Stamey of Waynesville, NC, Elizabeth Mease and Patsy Burnette. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
