She is survived by: her children, Amy Powell, Jennifer Smith (Brian Smith) and Jamie Case (Christy Case); her siblings, Boyd Clark, Kenny Clark, Harley Clark, Wanda Porter (Dicky Porter) and Joan Swafford (Leon Swafford); her grandchildren, Roger, Maddie (Chris), Daniel and Allison; and her great grandchildren, McKenzie, Hailie, Jodie, Carter, Mason and Sophia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
