He was predeceased by: his parents, Monroe Clarence and Bertha Plemmons Webb; his wife Ve Etta Woodruff Webb; and his siblings, Robert Webb, Neal, James, Maggie and Paralee Webb.
He is survived by: his children, Victoria Lynn Messer of Waynesville and Jerry Duane Webb (Teresa) of Clyde; his grandchildren, Tiffany Messer (Charlotte) of New York City, Shaun Messer (Anna) of Waynesville and Kerry Paul Webb (Libbi) of Waynesville; his great grandchildren, Emerson and Palmer Kate Messer; his siblings, Carol Winchester of Waynesville and Francis Webb (Janet); and his sister-in-law Alma Webb of Waynesville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other friends, and relatives.
