She was predeceased by: her mother Lelia Elaine Brown. She is survived by: her father James David Brown; her husband Brian Jacobs; the father of her children Bret Presnell; her children, Savannah Bradshaw (Auston), Jonah Presnell (Summer) and Hayden Presnell; her sister Lisa McBride (Kevin); her grandchildren, Brooklyn Presnell, Layla Bradshaw and Layton-Atlas Bradshaw; and her close friends, Lisa Dolman, Shonda Cunningham, Sherry Shelton, Randi Dial and Sandy Presnell. She is also survived by two nieces and nephews.
