He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Lewis and Carene Smathers Lewis; his wife Kathy McCall Lewis; his daughters, Christal Lewis Giese (Sean) of Winston-Salem and Keisha Lewis Goodman of Waynesville; his sister Beverly Lewis Miller; his sisters-in-law, Judy Messer and Wilma Arrington (Joe); and his grandchildren, Addison, Finn Goodman, Cooper, Camden and Carter Giese.
Due to Covid-19, all protocols and mandates are required to be followed, including masks within the church sanctuary.
