We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2019 we had to say goodbye to John Henry Rogers (Waynesville, North Carolina), born in Pickens, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Rogers and Rebecca Cook Rogers; his former wife Ruth Smith Rogers; his daughter Cathy Rogers Harrell; and his siblings, Oscar, Foch, George, Lee, Edrew, Virgil, Valor, Minnie Rogers, Ethel Hendrix, Marie Hipps, Ruby Franklin and Olean Palmer.

He is survived by: his wife Ruby Franklin Rogers; his children, Jimmy L. Rogers (Rhetta), Linda Rogers Smathers and Mary Jane Moody Hughes; and his granddaughters, Tammy Rogers, Dawn Rogers-Lynn, Summer Rogers, Cindy Conner (Tommy), Kim Black (Jason) and Lee Anna Mull (Shannon). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
