He is survived by: his wife Casey Ray Ward; his children, Makaleh Ward, Jacob and Owen Ward; his parents, James Ward and Rita Bolin; his father-in-law Wayne; his siblings, Tabitha Bolin and Hunter Bolin; his brothers-in-law, Houston Roberts (Amy) and Walker Roberts (Wild Freeborn); and his parents-in-law, Ray and Connie Roberts. He is also survived by several loving cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
