She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Reece "Ppa", Rachel Cotten and Sara Atkinson. She is survived by: her parents, William Devine and Portia Cotten Devine; her husband David Keenan; her stepchild Trinity Ryan; and her father-in-law David Keenan, Sr.. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Garrett Funerals and Cremations.
