He is survived by: his parent Arbie Jenkins Conard; his wife Delores Richardson Conard of Canton; his children, Karen Riddle (Johnny) of Waynesville, Janet Owenby (Glen) of Kentucky, Brenda Owenby (Billy) of Canton and James Conard of Cruso; and his siblings, Lloyd Ray Conard of Haywood County and Evelyn Conard of Maiden, NC. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
