It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janet Ray of Waynesville, North Carolina, born in Jackson, North Carolina, who passed away on April 4, 2021, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James Ernest Ray. She is survived by: her children, Brandon Ray of Waynesville and Krista Ray (Jared Pyle) of Sugar Hill, Georgia; her grandchildren, Senia Pyle, Cecily Pyle, Pyper Ray and Bella Ray; and her brothers, Dale Connor and Mark Connor. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
