He is survived by: his wife Sara Stalnaker McCoy; his children, Kaitlyn McCoy of Celebration, FL, Shannon McCoy of Waynesville and Brian McCoy (Anna Birdsong) of Asheville; and his brother John McCoy.
We did much research trying to find the perfect venue that would be Covid-safe & provide a safe environment for us to gather together in grief & pay honor to this amazing man.
