He was predeceased by: his parent Rufus Allen; and his wife Betty Earleen Howell. He is survived by: his parent Bonnie Teague Howell; his brother Neil Howell (Barbara) of Bowling Green, Kentucky; and his brother-in-law Ralph Messer (Angie) of Waynesville.
