He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Blanton and Annie Cogdill Blanton; his wife Freda Worley Blanton; and his son Joe Blanton. He is survived by: his sisters, Becky Israel and Marty Smith; his grandson Todd Blanton; and his great grandchild Brody Blanton.
