She is survived by: her children, Larry Rathbone (Doris) and Ralphene Rathbone (Robert Bradley); her grandchildren, Jacqueline Christine McDermott, Jeremy Kyle Hinson and Julia Ann Beam (Martin); and her great grandchildren, Emma Kaye, Annie Rose McDermott and Marlee Rose Beam.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Grandview Baptist Church (1562 Allens Creek Rd, Waynesville, NC 28786).
