He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold B. Milner and Lucy Scates Milner; and his wife Vivian Milner. He is survived by: his daughters, Karen M. Hancock (Matt) of Columbia and Lisa Creasman of Black Mountain; his sisters, Barbara Gaddy of Waynesville, Patsy Jordan of Waynesville and Janet Franklin of Waynesville; his grandchildren, Lori Clontz (Daniel) and Annaleah Creasman; and his great grandchild Laurel Clontz.
