He was predeceased by: his parents, William Weaver and Winnie Long Hyatt. He is survived by: his wife Nancy M. Hyatt; his children, Kimra Hyatt McCall (Tim) of Waynesville, Gary Hyatt (Nicki) of Bakersville, Danny Hyatt (Elaine) of Waynesville and Keith Hyatt (Melissa) of Canton; his sister Doris Jamison (George) of Covington, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Matthew, Neil, Nathan, Amanda, Jacob, Rachel, Cayley, Alexa, Daniel and Megan. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
