He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Leura Franklin, Lawrence and Sarah Wyatt. He is survived by: his parents, Hugh Louis Franklin, Sr. and Cherrie Wyatt Franklin; his sons, Hunter Lane Franklin and Colby Wyatt Franklin; and his sister Tina Powell (Scott) of Waynesville. He is also survived by two nieces, a great-niece and a great-nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to one's favorite charity.
