He is survived by: his children, Sandra Maria Hulesman (Steven) of Kathleen, Georgia and David Russell Starnes of Daytona Beach, Florida; his grandchildren, Samantha Starnes, Kendall Huelsman, Taylor Tucker, Spencer Starnes, Zach Huelsman and Michael Starnes; and his great grandchild Stella Ann Massie.
