With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Elaine Luckadoo formerly of Waynesville, North Carolina, who passed away on March 28, 2022 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Cleveland Plott (Cody) and Pauline McCracken Plott; her siblings, Robert Plott, Haywood Plott, Anna Jean Plott Battle, Mary Pauline Plott Rhinehart and Josephine Plott Raione; her siblings-in-law, Ruth Plott, Wayne Battle and Charles Rhinehart; and her children, Laine Luckadoo and Bobby Luckadoo.
She is survived by: her daughter Paula Thomas; her son-in-law Wayne Thomas; her grandchildren, Sarah Thomas Williams of Winston-Salem, Alex Thomas (Alisa) of Winston-Salem and Brett Luckadoo; her great grandchildren, Gabriel, Micah, Samantha, Mia Thomas, Reece and Caroline Williams; and her nieces and nephews, Wayne Battle (Gay), Betsy Battle Arumi, Mary Jo Underhill, Carol Plott Horne, Cody Plott (Becky), Deborah Plott Masotti (John), Jonathan Plott (Diane) and David Plott (Judi).
