Hazel Kolsrud Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 28, 2022, at the age of 95, Hazel Kolsrud of Waynesville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Melvin Quanrude and Agnes Finholt Quanrude; her husband Lloyd; her siblings, Harold Quanrude (Ursula), Palma Quandahl (Nels), Vivian Quanrude and Caryl; her brother-in-law Elmer Hager; her sister Lila; her brother-in-law Kal Kowalashin; her brother John; her sister-in-law Betty Kolsrud; her sister Jean; her brother-in-law Charles Wiedenmann; and her nephews, Laverne Quanrude and Steven Kolsrud.
She is survived by: her children, Barry Kolsrud (Connie) and Kaye Sebastyn (William); her grandson Finn Kolsrud (Maddie Birchfield); and her brother-in-law Bernard Kolsrud. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that masks are optional due to Covid guidelines.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Our Savior Lutheran Church (785 Paragon Parkway, Clyde, NC 28721); Four Seasons Hospice (571 South Allen Road, Flat Rock, NC 28731); or Givens Great Laurels (80 Candler Street, Waynesville, NC 28786).
