He is survived by: his mother Ruby Hargrove; his sisters, Patsy Miller (Jimmy), Avis Hargrove (Jerry Miller), Joyce Hargrove and Kathy Cogburn (Barry); his daughters, Crystal Nichols (Will), Jenifer Hargrove and Mariah Hargrove; and his grandchildren, Cayla, Hunter, Tanner and Sadie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Riverside Baptist Church (2171 Lake Logan Rd, Waynesville, NC 28786).
