She was predeceased by: her parents, John T Pruett and Lena Creasman Pruett; her son Morris Alan Freeman; her husband Jack Way Freeman; her siblings, Stella Little, Vena Waller, Emma Zoss, Coy, Dallas, Bill and Otis Pruett; and her nieces and nephews, Peggy Musarri, Barbara "Bobbi" Luther, Mia Rollman and Carroll Pruett.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Jenkins of Waynesville, Dennis Freeman of Hudson, FL and Tom Freeman (Lynn) of Waynesville; her grandchildren, Tiffany Warren of Waynesville, Josh Freeman (Megan) of Sylva, John Eric Freeman (Katie) of Waynesville and Jessie Freeman of St. Petersburg Florida; her great grandchildren, Taylor Fortney (Tina) of Clyde, Eli Freeman of Waynesville, Barrett, Haylan Freeman of Waynesville, Colton Freeman of Sylva, India Warren and Lainey Freeman of Waynesville; her great great grandchild Rhodes Fortney of Clyde; and her close friends, Patsy Sanford and Thelma Ellenburg.
