She is survived by: her children, Renee Shelton of Waynesville, Victor Haynes of Sylva and Michael Haynes of Waynesville; her brother Tommy Smith (Pat) of Indiana; her grandchildren, Jason Smith, Sherry Alvarez, Dylan, Lanae, Garrett and Austin Haynes; and also Laura Blevins. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and several beloved nieces and nephews.
