It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Nicholas Scott of Waynesville, North Carolina, who passed away on April 29, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, George Nicholas shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Stuart Scott and Lorraine Noble Scott. He is survived by: his significant other Ruth Carolyn Ford; his daughter Christy Rogers (Travis); his stepchildren, Brian Warren (Teresa), Thomas Warren (Carla) and Cynthia Warren Edney (Joe); and his siblings, Roland Scott, Linda Scott Toby and Cindy Scott Smith. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
