He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hannah Hall and Irene Galloway Hall; and his cousin Walter Galloway, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Julia Keith Hall Coffey; his adoptive son Matthew Coffey; his brother-in-law Eric H. Keith (Karen); and his cousins, Gail Galloway Morgan (Terry), Harry Galloway (Rita) and Gary Galloway (Charlene).
