He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Joseph Busteed and Loretta McGonigle Busteed; and the mother of his children Joan C. Busteed. He is survived by: his wife Carol Busteed; his children, James F. Busteed, Mary Busteed Roe, Kathleen M. Chapman, Anne Marie Ugarte and Lt. Colonel Michael; and his sister Ann Olk.
