It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fain Miller (Waynesville, North Carolina), born in Madison, North Carolina, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Joseph Doyle Miller and Jennie Ann Wells Miller; his former wife Sarah Jane Johnson Miller; his son Tracy Aaron Miller; his brother Howell G. Miller; and also, Robert Earl Thomas, Jr., Nancy Kate Rogers and Devery Shane Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Pressley Miller; his children, Leisa Miller Mease (David), Michael Fain Miller (Kenny Ricker) and Christopher Scott Miller (Keri); his siblings, James "Jimmy" Doyle Miller (Patsy), Carolyn Miller Long (Henry), Mary Miller Setzer (Dennis) and Martha Miller Chambers (Wayne); his stepdaughter Tammie Lynn Robitshek; and his grandchildren, Joseph Aaron Miller, Kaitlyn Elizabeth Miller, Sarah Ann Mease and Jacob Reed Mease. He is also survived by ten step-grandchildren; 19 step-great-grandchildren.
