He was predeceased by: his parent Tom Justice; his wife Mary Magdaline Justice; his stepfather Bill Parks; and his siblings, Jack Justice, Kenneth Parks, Lizzie Beasley and Doshia Buchanan.
He is survived by: his parent Lelie James Justice Parks; his children, Helen June Milner (Barry) of Clyde, Charles Ray Justice (Linda), James Ernest Justice of Waynesville and Gary Lynn Justice of Clyde; and his siblings, Irene Hill, Hilda Ewart (Grover), Grovene Presnell of Waynesville, Bobbie Covington, Judy Mathews (Harold) of Canton, Jerry Parks (Carol) of Thomasville and Thomas Justice of Waynesville. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
