He is survived by: his sons, Andy, Adam, Alex and Austin; the mother of his children Sheila; his grandchildren, Mallarie, Quinn and Easton; his mother Nancy Francis Fowler; and his sisters, Judith Jane Fowler of Waynesville and Patti Caskey of Waynesville.
