He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Ann Frazier Setzer. He is survived by: his sons, Doug Setzer (Jessica) and Mike Setzer (Tammy). He is also survived by one sister; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews.
