She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Glen and Oberia Bryson Tate; her husband Ray Milner; her children, Pat R. Milner and Steve Milner; her brothers, Harmon, Hub, Wallace and Harley Tate; her daughter Regina Haynes (Jim) of Waynesville; her daughter-in-law Karen Milner of Greenville; her grandchildren, Chad Haynes (Brooke), Nikkie Owens (Joe), Cheley McDowell (Shamgar), Stephanie Elrod (Glenn) and Josh Milner (Erin); her nieces, Teresa Glance and Judy Tate; and her nephew Joe Tate. She was also cherished by 13 great-grandchildren.
