He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sawyer Rhinehart; his sons, Dean Rhinehart (Tamra) of Waynesville and Kim Rhinehart (Cheryl) of Waynesville; his stepchildren, Patricia Yarborough (Everett), Karen Stamey (Mike), Phillip Smathers (Nancy) and Robin Smathers Gibson; and his brother Bob Rhinehart (Mary) of Dawsonville, Georgia. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
