It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy L. Derrick (Waynesville, North Carolina), who passed away on June 26, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandparents, Phil and Nora Brooks; her mother Florence Coward; her husband Lloyd "Penny" Derrick; her daughters, Brenda Cagle and Doreen Jones (Sam) of Chester, SC; her granddaughter Misty Ball (Alan); and her great grandchildren, Ayla and Cameron Ball.
