He is survived by: his mother Karen Denise Payne Moose; his stepfather Ray Moose of Catawba; his children, Chase Dylan Mayhew of Granite Falls and Mariah Faith Mayhew of Ferguson; his siblings, Erek Trevor Mayhew of Catawba and Amy Lamberth (David) of Stony Point; and also Hailey.
