She was predeceased by: her husband C. E. "June" McCullough; her son Gary McCullough; and her parents, Henry Keeney and Mary Lou Keeney. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Leia, Jenna McCullough and Erica Hannah; her great grandchildren, Ava, Maddox and Kameron; her sister Bonnie Blackketter; and her niece Kim Dozier. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
