She is survived by: her husband Terry; her son Joseph Fortner (Meghan); her siblings, Kathy Johnson (Otis), Sandy Fortner (Stanley), Vondi Cunningham (Ronnie), Leslie Guy (Annette) and Anthony Guy (Ann); her sister-in-law Ailene Eavenson; and her son Joey. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
