He was predeceased by: his father James "Jim" Conard; his son David Lee Conard; and his siblings, Mary Climbingbear, Loddie Woody, Hoover Conard and Jonas Conard.

He is survived by: his granddaughter Rebecca Boggess (Elizabeth Costner); his wife Margaret Ann Conard; his children, Luke McFalls, Tammy Burleson, Patsy Conard (Charles Currier) and Pam Conard; and his siblings, Ester Rathbone, Bud Conard, Lulu Rhodarmer, Margie Gibson, Venessa Buchanan, Aaron Buchanan, Dylan Currier, Samanatha Burleson, Codey Burleson, Michael Burleson, Jonathon Burleson, Elizabeth Costner and Rebecca Boggess. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
