He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Popp and Donna Popp; and his son Zachary Popp. He is survived by: his son Heath Popp; his sisters, Cheryl Rhinehart (Kim) of Waynesville and Mary Lou Martinal (Jerry) of Myrtle Beach; his nephews, Joshua Popp and Logan Rhinehart; and his niece Leslie Rhinehart.
