He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Tilley and Bessie Moore Tilley; his wife Patricia Ann McKee; and his siblings, Dorothy Wike and Dale Tilley.
He is survived by: his children, Lyn Daniel (Kent), Ray Tilley (Katherine) and James Tilley (Susy). He is also survived by five grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
