He was predeceased by: his father Donald E. Rowley. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Seng Wooten Rowley; and his sons, Nicholas, Christopher and Danny, Jr..

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to offset funeral expenses.
