He is survived by: his parents, Arlie Surrett and Kay Surrett; his wife Haylei Surrett; his children, Brittany Davis (Jesse), Teri-Jean Surrett (Jeremy), Austyn, Andrew and Asher Worley; his grandchildren, Ronin Davis and Ryker McCauley; his siblings, Devon Teaster and Phil Surrett; his parents-in-law, David Ferguson and Christy Applegate; and his grandfather-in-law Margaret Rathbone.
