We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2020, at the age of 89, Christine A Bishop Coffey of Waynesville, North Carolina, born in Madison, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Reo Bishop and Lena Wilds Greene; her husband Frank L. Coffey, Sr.; her son Frank L. Coffey, Jr.; and her siblings, Easter Fisher, Sadie Coffey, Irene Fox, Clenard Greene, Albin Greene and Walter Greene.

She is survived by: her children, Donovan T. Coffey (Mary Christine), Kathy Robinson and Cindy Wartel (Joel); her grandchildren, Mark Robinson, Wesley Robinson, Mary Beth O'Hara, Christian Uttlinger, Jennifer Mackintosh (Noah), Sayre Coffey, Matthew Coffey and Liam Coffey; and her great grandchildren, Dren Robinson and Ruby Mackintosh. She is also survived by her husband, children and grandchildren.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic there will be a private family memorial service officiated by Reverend Billy Ferguson.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Jonathan Valley Baptist Church, c/o Window Fund, 3817 Jonathan Creek Rd, Waynesville, NC 28785.
