Charles Robert Francis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2023, at the age of 81, Charles Robert Francis of Waynesville, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Francis and Ollie Chambers Francis; his brother Billy Roger Francis; and his brother-in-law Don Ledbetter. He is survived by: his wife Betty Arrington Francis; his son Ronny Francis (Missy); his granddaughter Mary Abigail Francis; his sister-in-law Phyllis Ledbetter; his stepgrandchildren, Austin and Jordan Goff; his brother James S. Francis (Joyce); his sister-in-law Jennifer Francis; his niece Becky Francis Heil; and also Melody Francis-Spomer. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
