Charles Border Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Border (Waynesville, North Carolina), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on July 28, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. Charles R. Border and Donna Blackburn Border; his brother William Scott Border (Shirley); his wife Mary Spain Border; his sons, Charles R. Border III and William Sidney Border (Deanna); his stepdaughter Margaret Hogan (John); and his grandchildren, Eli, Logan Border, McCaul Border, Cameron Hogan and Parker Hogan.
In lieu of a service, Chuck requested a celebration which will be held in the fall and in lieu of flowers enjoy an old fashioned or pinkie with friends and/or make a donation to The Salvation Army of WNC.
