He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ned Hamilton Brown and Martha Louise Shuler Brown; his wife Janice Gibson Brown; his sons, Cecil Brown (Jennifer) and Chad Brown (Andrea); his sisters, Becky Trantham (Clinton) and Trish Allison (Gary); and his grandson Jace Brown. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
